By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the documents referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website.

Any engagement with Skedara is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work). In the event of any conflict between content on the Website and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

Skedara's total cumulative liability arising out of or in connection with the Website shall not exceed INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand) or its equivalent in your local currency.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Skedara, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Website in breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of applicable law; or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.

On termination, the licence granted to you under Section 2 ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13 and 14) will survive.

Skedara may modify, suspend or discontinue all or any part of the Website at any time without notice or liability. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice on the Website. 13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes and claims) are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Subject to any applicable mandatory law, you agree that the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute. Nothing in this Section limits our right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.
14. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Skedara regarding the Website and supersede any prior agreements between you and Skedara on this subject matter.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a corporate transaction or to an affiliate.
- No agency. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between you and Skedara.
